What is Carnivore?
It is a natural way of eating.
You eat fatty red meat.
Beef, lamb, salt, water and fry your food in butter or tallow. Drink plenty of water.
You just eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full.
Simply: Stop eating crap food that is killing you slowly!
Eliminate all processed foods, avoid seed oils and sugar.
